Whip up a quick and healthy parfait with fat-free yogurt, pineapple, banana, oranges, and strawberries in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 3 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt French vanilla
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios™ cereal
  • 1 medium banana, sliced (1 cup)
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments in light syrup, drained
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted
  • 4 fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine the creamy yogurt with sweet pineapple in a medium bowl. Dividing evenly, layer 1/4 cup of cereal into each of the 4 parfait glasses.
  • Layer a generous dollop of the yogurt mixture onto the cereal in each glass. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cereal on top, followed by a portion of the banana slices.
  • Place a dollop of 2 tablespoons of yogurt mixture on top of each banana; add orange segments on top. Drizzle the remaining yogurt mixture over the orange segments and sprinkle with coconut. Finish off with a garnish of strawberries.
