Ambrosia-inspired fruit salad with fresh and canned fruits, marshmallows, Cool Whip, and vanilla pudding. Refreshing and light, perfect for BBQs with only 80 calories per serving. A star dish for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 1 container (4 oz) refrigerated vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1 can (8 oz) pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine the pudding and whipped topping in a medium bowl.
  • Fold in grapes, marshmallows, oranges, and pineapple. Mix in strawberries; gently toss to combine. Enjoy right away or chill in the fridge for up to 8 hours.
