Creamy ranch chicken with bacon, teriyaki sauce, and Cheddar cheese. Easy to scale up for a crowd.
Ingredients:
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 0.5 cup teriyaki basting sauce
  • 0.5 cup Ranch-style salad dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 (3 ounce) can bacon bits
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then saute chicken breasts for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until they are lightly browned.
  • Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over the chicken, followed by dollops of salad dressing. Top with cheese, green onions, and bacon bits.
  • Bake until chicken is cooked through and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
