Delicious and versatile kale smoothie with banana, milk, yogurt, and a touch of maple syrup or honey.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons peanuts
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 frozen banana
  • 3 frozen strawberries, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine kale, yogurt, and peanuts and blend until smooth. Add milk, banana, strawberries, and maple syrup. Blend until you reach your preferred consistency.
