Impress your Easter guests with these tasty Anzac biscuits, perfect with a warm drink.
Ingredients:
  • 85 g (1/3 cup) Flora Buttery
  • 74.25 gm sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 drops vanilla essence
  • 112.20 gm sultanas
  • 66.00 gm rolled oats
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and prepare your baking trays by lining them with baking paper.
  • Beat Flora Buttery and sugar until fluffy. Incorporate egg and vanilla thoroughly. Gently stir in sultanas and flour. Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into balls with oats. Arrange on trays, lightly flattening with fingertips. Ensure space for expansion while baking.
  • Bake until golden for about 20 minutes. Let cool on the trays before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
