Make a refreshing Aperol sour cocktail with an herbal twist, using Aperol and gin. Chill the glass in the freezer before serving.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 fluid ounces Aperol
  • 1.5 fluid ounces London dry gin
  • 1 fluid ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 fluid ounce simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters®
  • 1 cup ice
Instructions:
  • In a cocktail shaker, mix together Aperol, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and bitters. Shake vigorously for 30 to 45 seconds until frothy. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15 to 30 seconds until chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass. If desired, garnish with an extra dash of bitters.
