Elevate your breakfast with delicious apple pancakes!
Ingredients:
  • 300.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 5.00 gm ground cinnamon
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 257.50 gm milk
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 60g butter, melted
  • 425g can pie apple, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, and sugar after sifting.
  • Using a fork, blend milk, eggs, and 2 tablespoons of butter. Pour into the flour mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Gently fold in the apples.
  • Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and brush lightly with butter. Pour 1/3 cup of batter into the pan and cook for 2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until done. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed between pancakes. Serve and enjoy.
