Elevate your Christmas roast pork with a delectable fresh thyme stuffing.
Ingredients:
  • 30g butter
  • 1 medium brown onion, finely chopped
  • 500.00 ml fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 small red apple, cored, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml fresh thyme leaves
  • 62.50 ml finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
Instructions:
  • In a frying pan over medium heat, melt butter until sizzling. Sauté onion for 10 to 12 minutes or until beautifully softened. Transfer to a bowl and mix in breadcrumbs, apple, thyme, parsley, egg, and season with salt and pepper.
