Juicy roasted turkey breast with a savory thyme and apple juice glaze for an explosion of flavor in every bite.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bone-in whole turkey breast (4 1/4 to 5 lb), thawed if frozen
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F. Place the turkey breast, skin side up, on a rack in a large shallow roasting pan. Insert an ovenproof meat thermometer into the thickest part of the breast, ensuring it doesn't touch the bone.
  • Roast for 30 minutes without a cover.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and brush one-third of the apple juice mixture over the turkey.
  • Roast for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours, basting every half hour with a flavorful apple juice blend until thermometer registers 165°F. Rest under foil for 15 minutes before slicing for effortlessly tender meat.
