Easy apple cider bread with oatmeal vibes made with few ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1.5 cups sparkling apple cider
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), then generously coat a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix self-rising flour, sparkling cider, oat flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder until well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the mixture of sugar and cinnamon over the top.
  • Lower the oven temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and continue baking the loaf for 35 minutes.
  • Take out the loaf and generously drizzle it with melted butter. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, then allow it to cool before slicing.
