Satisfy autumn cravings with pantry staples in these flavorful pancakes for a cozy Sunday morning.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups complete pancake mix
  • 1.25 cups apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts
  • butter flavored cooking spray
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine pancake mix and apple cider, adjusting cider to reach your preferred consistency. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and vanilla. Include walnuts, if desired, and mix well.
  • Preheat a generously sprayed large skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, cooking 3 to 4 pancakes at once. Flip when bubbles form in the center, and cook until golden. Enjoy hot with butter and maple syrup.
