Delicious apple cider pancakes with powdered milk and cinnamon, perfect for a tasty morning treat. Top with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup powdered milk
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Combine the flour, powdered milk, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together apple cider, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, and eggs. Gently stir the apple cider mixture into the flour mixture until just combined.
  • Warm up 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil on a griddle over medium-high heat. Spoon batter onto the griddle, cooking until bubbles appear and edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown, another 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
