Apple Cider Pork Chops glazed with Worcestershire and sherry, a sure hit even for picky eaters. Enjoy with creamy mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pork loin chops
  • seasoning salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen apple cider concentrate, undiluted
  • 0.25 cup dry sherry
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfectly baked dish.
  • In a large oven-safe frying pan, warm olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and poultry seasoning. Sear chops on both sides until golden. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over chops and add apple cider.
  • Place the chops in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Transfer the chops to a plate. Return the frying pan to the stove over medium-high heat. Mix in sherry and let it boil until the sauce thickens, stirring frequently. Pour the sauce over the chops and serve.
