Ingredients:
  • 20.00 ml diet ginger beer cordial (we used Bundaberg brand)
  • 131.25 gm chilled no-added-sugar apple juice
  • 4 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 500.00 ml chilled sparkling mineral water
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine cordial, apple juice, mint leaves, and 1 cup of mineral water. Blend until frothy. Divide the mixture between chilled glasses and top up with the remaining mineral water. Serve and enjoy.
