Apple Honey Mustard Chicken

Quick and tasty grilled chicken with sweet and spicy Asian glaze, ready in 25 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12-oz.) jar apple jelly
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Preheat grill. In a small saucepan, combine glaze ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Brush a light layer of glaze on one side of each chicken breast half before placing them on a preheated gas or charcoal grill. Grill the chicken, glazed side down, over medium heat until cooked through, about 5 to 8 minutes, brushing with more glaze as needed.
  • Flip the chicken and continue to cook for another 5 to 8 minutes until it is tender when pierced with a fork and the juices run clear. In a saucepan, bring the leftover glaze to a boil, and then serve it alongside the chicken.
