Apple Pie Smoothie: Blend applesauce, almond milk, cashews, dates, and vanilla for a delicious treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened  applesauce or stewed apples
  • 1/2 cup raw, unsalted cashews, soaked in water for 1 hour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 chopped, pitted dates, soaked in water for 1/2 hour OR 2 tablespoons maple syrup*
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
