Award-winning raspberry apple crisp loved by all. A delicious twist on a classic dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 5 large Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 0.5 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x9-inch square baking dish.
  • Combine brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour in a large bowl. Add sliced apples and raspberries, toss gently to coat, then transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine oats, 1/2 cup flour, cinnamon, and salt. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over apple mixture.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until the topping turns a light golden brown, for about 50 to 55 minutes. Serve while warm.
