Elevate your classic porridge with vibrant berries, crisp apple, and a drizzle of maple syrup for a delightful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 200.00 gm rolled oats
  • 772.50 gm skim milk
  • 500.00 gm water
  • 2 Jazz apples, coarsely grated
  • 187.50 ml frozen raspberries
  • 111.38 gm maple-flavoured syrup
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan, mix rolled oats, skim milk, and water. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and stir constantly for 5 minutes until oats are softened. Take off the heat and serve the porridge in 4 cook&dine bowls.
  • Generously sprinkle with coarsely grated apples and frozen raspberries on top.
  • Drizzle the maple syrup and enjoy!
