Spiced crumble over fruit and frozen yogurt - indulgent yet guilt-free!
Ingredients:
  • 4 small cooking apples, peeled and chopped (3 cups)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) raspberries, strawberries or blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • Vanilla reduced-fat frozen yogurt, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and generously coat four 10-ounce custard cups or individual souffle dishes with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine fresh apples, ripe raspberries, and sweet granulated sugar. Divide the mixture evenly among custard cups. In a separate small bowl, mix together brown sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cut in chilled butter using a fork until a crumbly texture forms. Sprinkle this topping over the fruit mixture in the custard cups.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden. Serve warm with a scoop of frozen yogurt.
