Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell
  • 0.25 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups applesauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Stir in applesauce and vanilla until well combined.
