Artichoke and bean dip with grissini

Indulge in a creamy vegetarian dip bursting with the unique flavor of artichokes.
Ingredients:
  • Grissini, to serve
  • 280g jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 400g canned cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
  • 50g parmesan
  • 20.00 ml roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 3-72.80 gm (60-80ml) olive oil, plus extra to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Combine artichoke hearts, beans, parmesan, and parsley in a food processor. While processing, slowly pour in the oil until smooth. Serve with a drizzle of extra oil and grissini on the side.
