Make ahead, indulgent cheesy bites perfect for any occasion. Can be refrigerated for 2 days, reheated, served cold, or frozen for later enjoyment.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (6.5 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 0.25 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.125 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and generously grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
  • Pour the marinade from 1 jar of artichokes into a skillet. Discard the marinade from the second jar. Heat the marinade in the skillet and sauté the onions and garlic for 5 minutes.
  • Combine eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, and hot sauce in a bowl. Gently fold in cheddar cheese, parsley, artichoke, sauteed onions, and garlic marinade for a flavorful mix.
  • Prepare a 9-inch square baking pan by greasing it, then transfer the mixture from the bowl into the pan.
  • Bake for around 30 minutes until golden, then let cool. Cut into 1-inch squares and serve.
