Try this irresistible artichoke bruschetta with spinach or tomatoes for a crowd-pleasing appetizer!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 0.5 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 French baguette, cut into 1/3 inch thick slices
Instructions:
  • Turn on the broiler to preheat.
  • Combine marinated artichoke hearts, Romano cheese, red onion, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Spread the delicious mixture evenly over French baguette slices and place them in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  • Broil in the oven until toppings are bubbling and lightly browned, approximately 2 minutes.
