"Quick and delectable arugula and goat cheese pizza with flavorful pesto - a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!"
Ingredients:
  • 1 unbaked pizza crust
  • 6 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce
  • 3 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package seasoned goat cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the pizza package.
  • Spread a generous amount of pesto from the center of the pizza base outwards. Thinly slice the goat cheese and distribute it evenly across the pizza. Organize tomato slices over the goat cheese. Sprinkle with garlic. Lightly brush the edges of the crust with olive oil.
  • Place the pizza directly on a hot oven rack and bake until the crust edges turn golden, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool briefly to allow the cheese to set. Sprinkle a generous amount of arugula on top, then slice, serve, and savor every bite!
