Irresistible Asiago and artichoke dip, perfect for dipping breadsticks.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half or evaporated fat-free milk
  • 3/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese (3 oz)
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Crisp breadsticks or crackers
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in sour cream, half-and-half, and salt. Fold in Asiago cheese, artichoke hearts, and onions. Transfer mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish.
  • Bake until cheese is bubbly and the dish is heated through. Stir well, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve alongside warm breadsticks.
