Asiago-Pesto Mashed Potatoes

15-Minute Restaurant-Style Potatoes - Quick and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 1 pouch (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ homestyle creamy butter or roasted garlic mashed potatoes
  • 3/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese (3 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine milk, water, and margarine in a 3-quart saucepan and bring to a boil. Add both pouches of potatoes, stir until moistened, then let stand for 1 minute. Mix with a fork until smooth, then add cheese.
  • Transfer the fluffy mashed potatoes into a beautiful serving dish. Drizzle the vibrant pesto over the potatoes and create a lovely swirl using a spoon. Finish by garnishing with colorful bell pepper slices.
