Elevate your dish with a zesty Asian salad tossed in rice wine vinaigrette for a burst of flavor and texture.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed
  • 1 medium seedless cucumber
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
  • Toast sesame seeds in an 8-inch skillet over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Slice cucumber and zucchini into quarters lengthwise, then cut into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  • Combine soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar in a small bowl. Toss cucumbers and zucchini in the mixture until well coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
