Flavorful green bean salad marinated in soy sauce, mirin, and sweet chili sauce, topped with toasted sesame seeds.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 teaspoon sweet chile sauce
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • Boil green beans in generously water-filled pot until tender, for about 6 to 8 minutes; then simply drain.
  • Mix green beans, sugar, soy sauce, oil, mirin, and sweet chile sauce in a bowl until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours. Stir in sesame seeds.
