Whip up a delicious Asian noodle salad in no time with these simple shortcuts!
Ingredients:
  • 1 packet instant noodles
  • 15.90 gm lime juice
  • 55.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 250.00 ml shredded wombok cabbage
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 62.50 ml shredded snowpeas
  • 250.00 ml chopped barbecue chicken
Instructions:
  • Boil the instant noodles (without the seasoning packet) in a saucepan. Follow package directions for cooking time, then drain the noodles.
  • Combine zesty lime juice with flavorful sweet chilli sauce in a small bowl and set it aside. In another bowl, mix together crunchy wombok, crisp carrot, tender snow peas, and succulent chicken.
  • Combine the cabbage mixture and sweet chili mixture with the cooked noodles, tossing everything together. Plate the noodles and serve promptly.
