Asian-Inspired Ginger Dressing

Creamy Asian-inspired salad dressing. Quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup plain yogurt
  • 0.25 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup minced onion, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, onion, garlic, ginger paste, sugar, and black pepper in a blender. Blend on High until smooth.
  • Transfer the dressing into a sealable container, seal it, and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
