Spinach tossed with bean sprouts, clementines, mushrooms, and soy-garlic dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 5 cups fresh spinach, rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 clementines, peeled and segmented
  • 0.33333334326744 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 0.33333334326744 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Gently rip the spinach into bite-sized pieces and combine in a large bowl with the bean sprouts, clementines, and mushrooms.
  • Combine the oil, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a small bowl and whisk until well blended. Drizzle the mixture over the spinach, toss to coat evenly, and allow it to rest for 5 minutes for the flavors to meld together.
