Tangy salsa - perfect with tuna, ocean trout, or noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 230g can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
  • 1 small red capsicum, diced
  • 125.00 ml finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Mix together the water chestnuts, capsicum, coriander, and soy sauce in a bowl. Season with pepper to taste. Enjoy!
