Delicious custard pancakes drizzled with maple syrup, a timeless family favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) for a perfectly cooked dish.
  • Combine flour, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl. Add milk, eggs, and cream, then mix until smooth. Melt margarine in a cast iron skillet and pour the batter over it.
  • Preheat the skillet in the oven for 35 minutes until the pancake forms a bubble in the middle. Remove from the oven and let it cool until set. Cut into pieces, drizzle with maple syrup, and savor every bite!
