Create a festive fall Waldorf salad with apple, pear, cranberries, and yogurt for a light and flavorful side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup plain yogurt
  • 1.5 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 pear, diced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Combine the yogurt and brown sugar in a bowl to create a flavorful dressing.
  • In a bowl, mix together pear, apple, celery, raisins, cranberries, and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg before serving.
  • Refrigerate salad for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
