Avocado, lime and coriander salsa

Host a festive Mexican fiesta with zesty avocado salsa.
Ingredients:
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 18.20 gm extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
  • 82.50 ml coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • 3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine the avocado with 2 tablespoons of lime juice. Gently toss to coat the avocado.
  • Drizzle avocado with oil, then add onion and fresh coriander. Drizzle with Tabasco sauce to your liking. Gently mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper, then toss gently again. Let sit for 5 minutes. Serve alongside chicken, pork, or prawns.
