Spicy pico de gallo salsa with fresh tomatoes, coriander, chilli, shallot, and lime juice. Vegan, gluten-free, and fat-free. Perfect for topping fish, avocado, frittata, and more. Next, try making salsa verde at home!
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium roma tomato
  • 12 yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 large jalapeno chilli, minced
  • 40.00 ml fresh coriander, chopped
  • 42.00 gm fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions:
  • Dice the vegetables finely, deseed the tomatoes to reduce moisture.
  • Mix ingredients in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it sit to allow the flavors to intensify.
