Whip up a zesty avocado chicken salad, perfect for dipping with crunchy pretzel crisps. Speed up the process with canned chicken for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 (13 ounce) can chicken breast, drained
  • 0.25 red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 dashes Dash of hot sauce or more to taste
  • 1 (7.2 ounce) package Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
Instructions:
  • Combine mashed avocado with canned chicken, red onion, and cilantro in a mixing bowl. Mix in sour cream, lemon juice, garlic salt, cumin, black pepper, and hot sauce until fully blended.
