Fluffy avocado and egg cloud bread, a gluten-free keto delight. Easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs, separated
  • 0.25 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 2 tablespoons mashed avocado
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) while you prepare by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whip egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form in a large bowl. Combine mashed avocado and egg yolks, then carefully fold into the egg whites.
  • Using a spoon, dollop 1/4 cupfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet with a 1-inch gap between each one. Spread out the mixture evenly and generously sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the bottom is golden and the top is firm. Allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes before removing with a spatula.
