  • 1 cup torn baby spinach leaves
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl, then fold in fresh baby spinach and savory Parmesan cheese. Enhance with the fragrant flavors of onion powder, nutmeg, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper.
