Grilled BBQ chicken with corn and bell pepper packets.
Ingredients:
  • 2 sheets (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn
  • 0.5 cup chopped green bell pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high or the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Lay two chicken breast halves in the center of each sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Drizzle each piece of chicken with 1/4 of the barbecue sauce and then evenly distribute 1/4 of the vegetables over each piece of chicken.
  • Create a secure sealed packet with the aluminum foil, ensuring there is space for heat circulation inside. Repeat the process to make a total of two packets.
  • Grill covered for 12-15 minutes until perfectly cooked.
  • Bake the chicken on a baking sheet in the oven for 18 to 22 minutes, or until it reaches 170 degrees F on a meat thermometer.
  • Carefully open packets by slicing along the top fold with a sharp knife to release the steam.
