Start grilling with delicious backyard beef kebabs to kick off outdoor dining season.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml chopped fresh coriander
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 0.63 gm ground cinnamon
  • 750g beef porterhouse steak, trimmed, cut into 3cm pieces
  • Olive oil spray
Instructions:
  • In a glass or ceramic bowl, combine fresh coriander, lemon juice, garlic, oil, ground coriander, cumin, chilli flakes, and cinnamon. Add beef and toss to coat. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Thread onto bamboo skewers, season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat up a chargrill or barbecue grill on medium-high. Give the skewers a light spray of oil. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium doneness or until nicely browned. Place them on a plate and loosely cover with foil to keep them warm. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
