Spicy, zesty keto fat bombs with bacon, cream cheese, serrano pepper, and lime - perfect for snacking.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 lime, zested
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 serrano peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 4 sprigs cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange the bacon strips in a single layer on the foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden and crispy, for approximately 15 minutes. Place the bacon slices on paper towels to drain.
  • Combine cream cheese, butter, and Cheddar cheese in a bowl. Mix in lime zest, lime juice, and garlic. Gently fold in serrano pepper. Refrigerate until firm, about 10 minutes.
  • Shape the chilled cream cheese mixture into 6 equal-sized balls.
  • Dice the bacon and combine it with fresh cilantro in a bowl. Roll each fat bomb in the mixture until evenly coated. Enjoy chilled.
