Bacon and egg sliders recipe recipe

Simple gluten-free slider, perfect for kids, work, or post-workout.
Ingredients:
  • 6 streaky bacon rashers
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 large tomato, cut into slices
  • Handful of cos lettuce, broken into single leaves
  • 39.60 gm of mayonnaise
  • Black sesame seeds, to serve
Instructions:
  • Fry streaky bacon until crispy, then halve each piece horizontally.
  • Take hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthways. Place a piece of bacon, a small piece of baby cos lettuce, a slice of tomato, and another piece of bacon on top of one half of each egg. Finish by spreading a small amount of mayonnaise on top.
  • Top with the remaining egg halves and sprinkle generously with black sesame seeds before seasoning and serving.
