Whip up delicious bacon and egg breakfast tacos with flour tortillas. Perfect for a tasty brunch, just add salsa on the side!
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.25 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 slices American cheese, diced
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup salsa
Instructions:
  • Combine eggs and bacon in a bowl, mixing until well combined.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring, until the eggs are fully set, for about 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in the American cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute until warm.
  • Place a generous 1/4 cup of the flavorful egg mixture in the center of each tortilla, then fold the sides over to envelop the delicious filling. Enjoy your tasty creation with a side of salsa.
