Indulgent bacon-wrapped chicken with creamy sauce and cheesy filling, served alongside fettuccini.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, sliced
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Flatten the chicken breasts, then stuff each with cream cheese and chives, rolling them up. Wrap each chicken roll with bacon and secure with toothpicks before arranging in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Combine the condensed soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, pepper, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir until creamy, then drizzle over the chicken.
  • Place in the oven that has been preheated to the specified temperature and bake for 1 hour, or until fully cooked and juices are clear.
