Bacon-wrapped stuffed pork tenderloin with celery, onion, and bread filling for a flavorful and satisfying entrée.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
  • 6 slices bacon
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) for perfectly baked results.
  • Partially slice the pork, leaving it attached. Butterfly the sides to create enough space for stuffing.
  • Combine torn bread, butter, poultry seasoning, onion, and celery in a bowl, ensuring bread is fully coated. Add salt and pepper to season. Fill pork tenderloin with bread mixture, wrapping pork around it and securing with toothpicks. Wrap bacon slices around the stuffed tenderloin and sprinkle black pepper on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until the pork is fully cooked. Ensure the stuffing reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) when tested with an instant-read thermometer.
