Savory cauliflower pizza topped with bacon, artichokes, tomatoes, spinach, and olives.
Ingredients:
  • 1 frozen cauliflower pizza crust
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce with oregano and basil
  • 0.25 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 0.33333334326744 cup fresh spinach
  • 0.25 cup chopped black olives
  • 3 marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cooked bacon strips, chopped
  • 2 mushrooms, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) with a pizza stone inside.
  • Lay out the pizza crust on parchment paper and spread tomato sauce over it. Combine mozzarella and provolone cheeses, then sprinkle 1/4 cup over the pizza. Arrange cherry tomatoes, onion, spinach, black olives, artichokes, bacon, and mushrooms on top. Finish by sprinkling the remaining 1/4 cup of cheese over the pizza.
  • Gently transfer the pizza onto the hot pizza stone and bake until crispy and golden brown, around 13 to 15 minutes. Take out of the oven, slice, and serve.
