Try this irresistible breakfast wrap with crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, sharp cheddar cheese, and fresh spinach for a delicious and convenient meal on the move!
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice cooked bacon
  • 1 tortilla from 1 package (8.2 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos and Fajitas (10 count)
  • Handful of spinach
Instructions:
  • Spritz a 6-inch skillet with cooking spray.
  • Whisk egg and water in a small bowl until combined. Pour mixture onto a heated skillet over medium-low heat, swirling gently to spread evenly. Cook until set. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top before serving.
  • Gently loosen the edge with a spatula. Layer the tortilla on top of the egg, then flip onto a plate. Arrange spinach leaves in the center and roll up. Serve right away.
