Creamy jalapeño poppers wrapped in crispy bacon, a delicious crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese
  • 12 jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed
  • 12 slices bacon
Instructions:
  • Prepare for culinary magic: preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and elegantly line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Blend cream cheese and Cheddar in a bowl until smooth. Stuff jalapeño halves with cheese mixture.
  • Reassemble halves and wrap each stuffed pepper with bacon. Place bacon-wrapped peppers on the baking sheet.
  • Cook the bacon in the preheated oven until it becomes crispy, which should take around 25 to 35 minutes.
  • Enjoy this dish piping hot alongside your preferred dipping sauce.
