Delicious and healthy recipe for grouper or tilapia fillets. Perfect pairing with rice and coleslaw for a flavorful meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets grouper
  • 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Lay the grouper on a plate, generously drizzle with lime juice, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, ideally overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Place the fillets in the baking dish in a single layer and top them with tomato, onion, and bell pepper slices. Cover everything with aluminum foil.
  • Cook the fish in a preheated oven until it easily flakes, approximately 1 hour.
